Rainier is looking for two outgoing and adventurous teammates to join our retail shade install team! We are in need of an experienced lead as well as another teammate to support the lead. Our retail install team travels around the greater Puget Sound area to provide support to our ever-growing local customer base. The ability to think on your feet and problem solve quickly while maintaining a professional demeanor is essential for this position. Punctuality is also key, it is not expected it is required.

  • Follow the instructions provided by your assigned lead for each job with a positive attitude.
  • You are held accountable for understanding and adhering to a base plan of execution whether designed by your team or from another Rainier supervisor with authority over the installation.
  • If an install does not work by the designated plan, you are to work with your lead to find a way to get the job done.
  • You are responsible for taking advantage of all training made available to you that will increase your skills as an installer.
  • Report to work on time each day, load your van and report to customer site by scheduled appointment.

  • Keep company vehicles you work in clean and organized as well as the jobsite you are working at and gather all tools and unused material from jobsites.

  • Be flexible and perform any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
